This family-run gem is great location for exploring Florence. Our stay in the Queen Room with Garden View was good, and the serene terrace offered a peaceful retreat where we enjoyed coffee and local snacks together as a family after a long day of sightseeing.
In my wife's opinion.

Truly enjoyed Florence, the hotel was well priced and little close to everything. The personnel was friendly, and the owner too. Its location was good and amazing, near to central market, train station and conference center and both the train station as well as most attractions.

Consider requesting a room away from the street if noise is a concern, especially for a restful night at the hotel.

Comfy bed in the single room, plus an electric kettle, central heating, and a writing desk. Large, spotless bathroom. Great and absolutely perfect location, easy to get around with the train station walking distance to the hotel. Walking distance to a local supermarket and local supermarkets across the street🙂

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to all major attractions. The spacious room opened to a lovely terrace where I enjoyed sipping coffee and taking in the view. The hosts, Carmel and Pino, were warm and cute.
Street noise.

The charming decor was just a facade for the unbearable heat with no ac, just a fan! I expected some sort of complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience but no such luck. Why only one towel? A tiny gesture could've changed everything. So, i almost left a great review, but couldn't bring myself to do it.

It was just a balanced option for a couple of nights in Florence with fantastic value. They leave pastries and coffee for the mornings, a nice surprise. Keep the windows closed at night to avoid noise.

charming stay with minor improvements needed
The location near the Central market made it easy to explore the city. I loved the lovely terrace view where I could enjoy morning coffee surrounded by the family's vibrant garden. The extra care from the hosts, especially the good upgrade to a room with a private shower, was appreciated.
I found the lack of air-conditioning a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.

Loved my stay here! The elevated patio was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and catching the sunset, and having a fridge in the room was super handy for snacks. Just a heads up, keep the windows closed at night to avoid pesky mosquitoes, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🍷
